“ Who ever thought that doing the dishes could be so much fun? I smile daily as I reread the heartfelt sentiments friends and family had engraved on the back of my gorgeous hand made dishes. This was the best wedding present ever and a constant reminder of those loved ones who will always have a place at my table.”

A meaningful and useful gift,  handmade tableware invokes the joyful rituals of preparing food and sharing meals with friends and family.  Bringing a beautiful  handmade ecstectic to the table, Kate’s work enhances and elevates the dining experience.

  • Direct private order link and purchasing from your wedding page to Kate Inskeep's web site.

  • Wedding guests can have their name and a short sentiment engraved on the back of each piece ordered. (no extra charge)

  • When the tableware order form is complete, I will make the pieces in one series to maintain consistency in the form. For example, all of the dinner plates would be made in the same day. Likewise, glaze color and consistency is best when the entire tableware is fired together in the same kiln. Orders take from six to twelve weeks to complete.

  • A list of names and what was purchased will be provided to the wedding couple.

  • No need for wedding guests to wrap or ship gifts. Arrangements for delivery of the completed set to the wedding couple will be discussed during the ordering process.

Emily and Devin collecting their new tableware.

Of all the wonderful parts of my wedding, the dish set from Kate was honestly one of my favorites. It was clear that my guests were honored to give a gift that was meaningful, and that no matter how large a gift they gave, theirs was a part of a much larger present, but still felt like their contribution had a personal touch just from them. Going up to Gold Hill while the aspens were turning and looking through samples and brainstorming ideas and sketching designs were such delightful experiences for me and my (now) husband to share, and Kate made us immediately feel at ease with our lack of experience or skill as designers.
